One of my favorite things, fruit trees growing up red-brick garden walls.
In the absense of the red-brick I planted a pear tree in a pot on my Balcony.
The first year all the blossoms just abanboned the boughs. Then COVID came and I sat and watched the blossoms without expectation.. Somehow the universe decreed that they stay.
The blossoms stayed and fruit set and they went on to ripen.
Someday the walled garden may find its way into my life but in the meantime I can still grow the fruit.
